I'm not happy with this at all. I tried to do many other things but just couldn't get it right. I would have liked to do something more creative, but for some reason vectors give me a super hard time. As you can see, what I did was extremely simple. I put down a black background, used the elliptical tool to make the balloons, used the line tool to make the strings, chose a heart from the custom shapes, used the horizontal line pattern from the custom shapes, then typed in the title.
