1. opened new file.
2. painted background blue with pain bucket.
3. used rectangular marquee tool to select areas and filled in with red, green and yellow.
4. added tanana fair text.
5. selected part of the ferris wheel image and copied it to the new file.
6. created a clipping mask so that it was behind the fair text.
7. added a drop shadow and inner glow to the fair text.
8. selected the tomato and flower and copied them to the file. reduced the size and added a drop shadow.
9. selected round-up ride. copied to new file. reduced size. added inner glow.
10. selected part of the candy sign. added glowing edges filter.
11. copied ribbon image to new file. added a drop shadow and inner glow.
12. selected part of the ferris wheel image with elliptical marquee tool. copied to new file. reduced size. added neon glow and glowing edges filter.
13. added date text and added an drop shadow. used free transform to rotate it.
